About Us

After many years of trying to use existing industry options to explore the backcountry of the west with our family of six, in 2020 we decided to build our own overland camper. We wanted a highly capable and comfortable off road rig that would take us further and allow us to explore more of our amazing country.

For us, we wanted a true four season camper that would allow us to explore in both the winter and summer here in Colorado. Fully hard-sided, and stable in high wind camping which is so common in the west. As avid mountain bikers and skiers, we needed something that would easily carry our gear and provide a comfortable base camp for our adventures.

Along the way we learned a lot. There were many aspects of the build that we were happy with, but also many aspects that we could improve. You can see our build and follow along with our adventures here.
